Sourcing of US foods and GM/HBC products in the United States uniquely catered to each customer and country

Customs & Regulations

LATCO U.S. Inc assists its customers in customs regulation compliance and provides product paperwork and manufacturer certificates. Latco U.S. is also capable of providing labeling on request.

Logistics

LATCO’s logistics team track and coordinate all shipments from the manufacturer’s warehouse to their end customer

How do we make money?

It depends on the business model:

Latco as:

Broker

3%-5% Broker management fee for brands that are sold directly to customers or currently have distributors in place.

Exporter

- FOB: Take ownership of a product and offers customers (retailers/distributors) a FOB price at the border: 5- 10% Margin
- Delivered: Take ownership of a product and delivers straight to customer’s distribution center: 5-10% margin

Distributor

Take ownership of a product and offer full-service distribution in the market. 25-35% margin ( 4-8% profit margin)

Sales/Marketing Agency

5% fee for managing Merchandiser staff, promoters.
